North Bengal Foundation arrange a seminar which will be held on September 8, 2014 at Star Kabab Restaurant, Jamaica, New York. The chief guest of that event Prof. Dr. S. M. Mahfuzur Rahman. The member of North Bengal Foundation are requested to attend the Seminar.
